Refund & Cancellation Policy
Agreement to Terms
By booking any treatment, training course, or appointment with Pigment Lab , you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. All bookings are legally binding upon payment of a deposit or full fee. Clients are encouraged to fully consider their purchases and ensure they understand the terms and conditions before proceeding with any transaction
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, including treatments and training courses
No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received
Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances
If you fail to attend your appointment or course (“no-show”), the deposit will be fully retained by Pigment Lab
Deposits cover allocated time, preparation, and loss of potential bookings.
Cancellations – Appointments (Treatments)
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit
Same-day cancellations or failure to attend will be charged in full and the deposit retained
Rescheduling
Reschedule may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability
Late rescheduling requests will result in loss of deposit
Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of booking without refund
Refund Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, personal circumstances, or non-attendance
Refunds (if applicable under course terms only) are processed within 7–10 working days
Pigment Lab reserves the right to refuse refunds where policy has been breached
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Medical or Exceptional Circumstances
Medical emergencies may be considered at the discretion of management
Supporting evidence may be required
Approved cases may be offered rescheduling only (not refund)
Courses & Training Materials
Once a course has started or materials have been issued, no refunds are permitted
Digital or training content is non-refundable under all circumstances
Right to Refuse Service
Pigment Lab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion, including for breach of terms, inappropriate behaviour, or safety concerns. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
